Welcome to the first issue of the Crusader Rabbit for the 2008-2009 school year. Helias student journalists wrote on the theme of "New Beginnings" for this issue.

The Helias Journalism Club would like the public to know that they are happy that membership has increased to 63, which includes journalists, artists, designers, as well as photographers.
Helias Journalism Club is proud to boast that the next newspaper will be a print newspaper (thanks to a generous donor), and most likely be given a different name than Crusader Rabbit. Look for it at Helias at the end of October or the beginning of November.
The Crusader Rabbit banner was created by Callie Norment and Andrew Crocker, and the design and layout of the paper was created by Patrick Pollock.
